Fabric
These chairs are very nice but please keep in mind that the beige fabric is just calico. Very cheap stuff and won't stay nice for very long. If I had known this I would not have purchased. The dark grey fabric is much better quality and would choose this any day over cheap calico

Poor quality
I bought this chair for my wife as a present for her 68th birthday as it was advertised as a $300 plus chair reduced to about half price. When I went to put it together I found the wooden cross section had a split in it where the dowel is inserted also the quality of the material that the cousin sits on is no more than cheap packing tape. I would expect that a $300 plus chair would have better quality material than that. I was embarrassed when i had to give her such a cheap looking gift. Not impressed with assembly
Not a bad chair when you get it together. There is no instructions for assembly, and one of the "front this way" stickers was placed on the wrong side, which sent frustration high when we had to undo it and reassemble when we worked out the problem
