Wow! I was certainly surprised that this entire DVD was only 18 minutes long and that excludes the intro and ending credits! Pretty little content here! I guess I had expected a bit more than just one workout pattern. 🤷♀️ I realize the instructor has a series of workouts. Why not just put them all on one DVD? What a waist of space and (frankly speaking) my MONEY ! Oh well, thankfully it wasn’t too much of a loss at 6.99. Lesson learned, no pun intended.

I use several of Leslie Sansone's videos to work out. This DVD has old workouts that have been repackaged. The videos look like they were shot quite some time ago & the backgrounds give away the age. The workouts are still very effective. They are 1 and 2 mile walks 20-30 minutes each. I originally thought it was a different focus each day for 5 days, so I can't use it as I thought I would be able to, but it's great for a change of pace from my favorites or when I just need a quick workout. They use weighted balls, but you can easily substitute light hand weights or even soup cans.
I bought this product because I am already a fan of Leslie Sansones walking workouts. I wanted a dvd with a nice mix of workouts that I could mix and match depending on my schedule. She never disappoints. The moves are basic but the pace really gets your heartrate up. Leslie's cues are easy to follow and her banter is very encouraging. Some of the workouts in this series require light weights for added benefit. My favorite workout in this dvd is the Walk and Kick. I would definitely purchase more dvd's by Leslie Sansone in the future.
I love Leslie Sansone and this is my favorite DVD of hers. It has 5 different workouts on it, most around 30 minutes but the 1 mile ones are a little shorter for if you want to do a quick workout before work or something. I like this DVD so well that I bought it for my sister in law and I bought another for myself when my first one started messing up. (I must have scratched it or something.) Her movements are not extremely difficult to do; I am pretty uncoordinated when it comes to "choreography" but unlike some dancing workouts I've tried and failed to grasp, even I can do all of Leslie's movements. She uses a variety of intensities, so people on any fitness level can do her workouts. A few years ago I lost 30 pounds, and her workouts were a big factor for me. Leslie Sansone is a sweet Christian woman and has an engaging personality; whenever I do her workouts I find myself smiling and I haven't been the biggest fan of exercise in my life. She just somehow makes it more tolerable. haha I highly recommend this DVD especially, and I'm sure you'll want to try her other ones too.Read full review
