These necklaces arrived really early. They're very well made and the gemstones aren't just strung onto beading wire, but are strung on thread of some kind, which is knotted between each bead. The cord or thread is deep blue in colour, while the gemstones are quite green and the necklaces are too short for me to wear. But that's why I bought 2 of them - I'm going to cut the beads off both necklaces, and re - string them onto new silk or nylon cord and make one new necklace with the beads.
