Only one is the contoured shape and useful to me, the other is just flat and much thinner. I don't have any use for that kind of pillow at al!! That is not what I thought I was ordering or going to receive.

I find for a medium size though, it's not quite high enough on the higher side - more like what I was expecting for the lower side, so it doesn't give me quite the support I need. These pillows are probably more suited to a teenager or a smaller woman, but for a woman with slightly wider shoulders it may not suit. Definitely wouldn't suit a man, as there's not enough height for his shoulders
