I ordered a personalized/ engraved pen as a present for a colleague. It arrived on time however, when I tested the pen, it didn’t have any ink. I opened it and the ink looked used and old. The listing stated it’s brand new. I contacted the seller and still hasn’t gotten back to me. It’s been days. This is frustrating as now I have to buy a new set of ink and the present will now be late because I’m not giving a pen that has no ink.
