Love it! Absolutely perfect. The dowel to attach the finial to post was exactly 1 inch and when I drilled hole it fit like a glove. Beautifully made with no imperfections I could see. perfectly round. Don't think, just but it! Only thing to consider is type of wood; I chose oak but piece is so well made I wonder if I should have upgraded(?).
