I have had this pool cleaner for two weeks now. It took me about a week to tweak until it started performing as it should. I had to adjust the deflector wheel as low as I could go as it was getting stuck on the corner of the bottom stair. Also the flow regulator was sucking too much water even when adjusted so I used my old one and now works well. Overall, it is good value and I am happy with it .
