      Exactly as described and what I expected. Shipped very quickly. A nice soft rubber band like my old lighter resistance SPRI Xertube. About a month ago I bought a second SPRI Xertube on Amazon and it clearly was NOT the same quality as the SPRI which I had owned for several years. So I looked on Ebay and found this.
