I got the 50mm single for use in a camper where I didn't want to loose any more head room. It will help but if it was for my bed at home (where I'm trying it) I would definately have gone for the deeper one. Not feeling the COOL Gel on these hot nights.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
