Whilst this bed looks great, the setup was quite involving for an ordinary person, I feel. Some of the parts could have been assembled to reduce the setup from the end user. Instructions were also very basic, they could have been better communicated. Some of the structure could be changed in order for some items to be preassembled before dispatch. This would lessen the time involved for assembling the product. If you are buying this bed, allow for a good amount of time for assembly.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
