There is not a zipper at the ankle or in back so if you have a high arch, you can’t get your foot down low enough to put the boot on. I’m a size 4 so it’s not a calve size issue. I had my daughter with the same foot size but a 00 try as well and she had the same issue. It maybe the leather band around the ankle? I love Chloe dresses/ blouses, accessories and shoes. I never purchased their boots. Is this typical?
