Arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Asked questions about the chipped pad but got no response to my actual questions just a boiler plate send them back. Pads went onto car waiting for a response since I had no choice at that point. I still don't know if the chipped pad is safe to use if it will damage the rotors etc. Extremely poor customer service, inexcusable package which caused the damage and an in deference to repeated inquiries
