Item is as described but the installation booklet should be more easier as IKEA or other flat pack furniture seller on the market.the spanner tools provided with this bed frame was very poor quality thin metal piece that was very hard to tighten with nylon washer nut. Now it's time to see how long will lust that item.i hope so it will be fine.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
