Listing states that these CPUs are new, but at least some of them are obviously pulls.
However, all of them test good, and they are genuine 63C09s, not fakes or relabeled 6809s. I wrote a short machine language program to test this -- switched to native mode and executed an instruction that freezes a 6809.
Even though these were mislabled as new in the listing, still I'm satisfied with the transaction because the price is so good. Hence, positive feedback.

This package arrived much earlier than predicted and has allowed me to get on with my project a lot quicker. The Op Amps were supplied in a tube, and then wrapped in plenty of packing, which is much better than simply being plugged into Styrofoam. This package was excellent value, and I have already ordered again: an excellent eBay supplier!
