    This chip is known to be tricky to program, with no datasheet to be found. Anyway, I got the package reasonably fast. There where actually two kinds of chips: Some have "big" die, while most have "small" die. The ones with big die where so-and-so programmable at 25V, while the ones with small die went smoothly @21V. I would say that's pretty good.

    Dear seller! Unfortunately, "Contact the seller" does not work, so I am forced to communicate this way.I received the EPROMs, but unfortunately they are not programmable at all. All addresses retain the hexadecimal value FF. I tried to program them with a Vellon 299, with which I can program all other EPROMs perfectly. I want a full refund!
