    Fantastic service from Rich and his team. Initially DPD failed to deliver the package, returning them as 'rejected' by buyer, which was completely incorrect. This is a DPD issue and nothing to do with seller. Rich arranged for item to be resent, at no additional cost to me, and this time they did arrive.
