This is the second tint brow I've purchased from the seller. 1st was amazing. Perfect cut and fit. 2nd and recent after windshield replacement was unfortunately not good. Didn't come with the mirror cutout as the first one did. So I had to attempt to cut it myself... which didn't end up well. Seller said I needed to ask for that, but the ad only stated to confirm tint % and nothing about asking for the mirror. It was also too wide. Seller offered no solution when messaged.

Please read the item specifications and item description. This is clearly specified and described. Buyer asked how he could get one with the cuts he wanted and we told him we can do that upon request. He said he would just deal with the one he received. So we left it at that and never heard back until this negative. -- He also could have just returned the item for a refund if he didn't want to use it. You can use the ebay return system to initiate a return and generate a shipping label.
