Your team were most excellent and very organised to assist with the aligning gate block to be re sent.
Australia Post (and the subcontractor delivery agent) on the other hand want to either throw boxes from their vans or just mark “undeliverable” rather than go to the foyer, take the lift and deliver things properly so they return the package to the mail centre who does return to sender!!??!!?? Meanwhile we have an inoperable gate and security risk.
