Some people say it's not the seller's fault to be delayed for delivery, but seller should know how reliable the delivery company is. I don't know why seller chose this delivery service, maybe for the price. So hard to not to say seller is not really to be blamed. Willingness to help or to solve the issue should come after GOOD delivery service first.
