    this product arrived broken due to very poor packaging.

    And we replaced the item the same day. you paid $10 for a $12 item. yes we placed it in an envelope but the shipping cost was $4.50. ebay gets $1.50. that leaves $4. had to send it via Fedex for $4. Post office damaged item. Our problem and we will replace it. But do we really deserve a negative on this ?
