    Terrible transaction. Seller printed label but never shipped the receiver. After numerous attempts to contact seller, I had to have Ebay intervene for a refund. Payment was made on March 21 and FINALLY received my refund on Apr 4. What a PIA this has been, chasing sellers like this to get your money back - BUYER BEWARE!!

    The package was never picked up by UPS, unfortunately I was on vacation while this happened. To call this experience a "PIA" is extremely uncalled for. After realizing the package was not picked up from the carrier the order was refunded fully. The buyer "FINALLY" received their refund within the Ebay required time for this item. Please do not let this one buyers experience hinder your buying experience with my store.

    Dead Cartridges

    Ordered one. Took about a week to get it. The Red Ink was DRY. Reported the defective cartridge and received apology and was told another would be sent. I replied that I did not want another one from this seller. Once burned, twice shy. Told them I just wanted a refund. They replied that another one had already been sent but they would and did issue a refund. The second cartridge arrived about a week later and it was dead as well. Just my two cents worth.

    Protective clear tape removed circuit chip.

    When I pulled the protective tape off, the circuit chip came with, so the cartridge does not work. Only time this has ever happened. A freak example - out of date product? All the others have worked well.
