Looking at tracking, it appears a label was created and then the product was never dropped off or scanned in for quite some time. I’ve personally never experienced something like this but the seller assured me they shipped the item. Tracking information indicated that they waited weeks for the item to arrive. Judging from the time it took to get a simple book (which was poorly packaged) I don’t believe them.

But I gave them another chance and purchased many maps and books over the past few months and have received all of them. Last year, it was hit and miss. All items were in the condition as described. Packaging is minimal. The only downside is extremely slow shipping. I rate them a C+. Nothing to gloat about but eventually you will get what you wanted.
