Giselle Luna mattress - as described. Used for a week now and at first thought it was too firm, but the euro top is a medium plush which balances it out. Not for the soft sleepers! I let it inflate for approx 26hrs and was fine. Luxurious feel like an expensive mattress in the shops, quick delivery (came a week earlier than expected for regional area), easy set up, came with a small blade to slice through plastic cover without damaging mattress! The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
