It's litter a swath of fabric. They also do not do returns, and then passive aggressively insult your upholstery skills when you can't make their flat piece of fabric look good on your curved seat. The buyer purchased a non molded, non sewn seat cover which they attempted to install and ruined the cover. In addition, the buyer did not return the strap and did not wish to return it yet felt he should not have to pay for it. Abusing returns and using a product is not acceptable by eBay or our store as the product is a total loss for us. Happy to help but without asking we can't know or are able to help.
