My order was confirmed 2/3/24 at 2:32 pm. Four minutes later, at 2:36pm, I cancelled the order due to an incorrect shipping address. On 2/7/24, I was advised that my cancellation was rejected by the seller. Since then I sent 3 emails notifying the seller of the incorrect address. I received no email acknowledgement from the seller. It appears the item has yet to be shipped. Please look into, as the seller is unresponsive.
