tomz advertised Dept 56 Hershey Chocolate shop as Brand New--but it was USED--displayed. Item arrived covered with display materials (snow particles and snow blanket stuck in the trees). As I paid a premium for new, I requested a refund which the seller accepted right away. However, they failed to send the return shipping label and did not respond to my message. Because of this there was a long delay until eBay was available to finish the return/refund. Very poor eBay shopping experience.
