As described and looks really good - easy to put together - arrived in 2 parts as the seller had informed me.
The only problem was that the shelves were smaller than expected and my runners were too bulky for the shelving - i got the cabinet to store all my runners but had to take out the middle shelving to fit some of my sports shoes so not all my runners were able to be stored in cabinet. It would have been too small for a man’s shoes - I’m only a size 39 .

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
