A great purchase! Thanks for a quick service.
Arrived, well used I imagine, but honestly, I've already used some of the recipes and it gives you a thorough knowledge of beans, which are best for what, what they look like, how to cook them. So glad I got it. Even has some wartime recipes in it which I'm going to try, now that we are eating much less meat.
