Item arrived within the week. Item as described. I cleaned the machine and sanitised it. Plugged it in and it worked . I have yet to try it out with pastry but will do so in the coming week. Some of the metal plates have some very sharp edges (the edges need to be turned to avoid cuts). There are no hidden crevices so that pastry cannot get stuck anywhere. Looks like it will do a good job.
