I purchased gloves for my mums cancer treatment. The stitching came un done in one wear. Not one glove but both. Contacted seller and after several times asking they finally agree'd to sending a new pair however they never came! I contacted seller and they said they were in the post but delayed due to covid. but then offered me a refund in a different email... Then in the third email they were in the post but delayed. I asked for the tracking number and got a reply of "OK"
