I was a bit skeptical about this product, and think a mouthguard could have such a profound effect, but I'm wrong! Though I've only used it for one night, I had a far better rest than without it! Cons: The mouth piece fell out of my mouth a few times throughout the night and it took a while to get used to the drool. Perks: Easy to get ready. I suggest using Keurig water for 25 seconds, then place it in an ice bath after molding in mouth. Overall: I think this is worth it!

Finally! Real sleep at last! For just under 10 bucks, with this cool mouthpiece here, I can get a really good 6-7 hours of sleep now! Wished I would have found out about this mouth guard a year ago! Man, I'm saving a lot of money with this product (no more expensive Cpap machine supplies) and I'm getting a way better quality of sleep than before ( and no more horrible Cpap dry throat issues and no more air leaking Cpap face mask issues)! ...WIN! Great product at a great price! Did not cost $60 + like those on TV and it is way more comfortable! Works great! You also don't have to boil it in water to fit! Just clean with soap and hot water and you are good to go!
