I only received 20 packs of ink instead of the 24pack I originally paid for. Also, there is not black ink in any of the cartridges. Can you please let me know what happened to the rest of the order? I have very very sad and bad experience with this seller because I was sent a email to explain my concerns but no one ever responded. I want to give this seller minus points.
