Item came as described . Item was shipped after contacting eBay, that the label had been created for several days and packaged never dropped off, and would not arrive on time. Package finally got dropped off after contacting eBay. Also this seller does not communicate with buyer.

tomz advertised Dept 56 Hershey Chocolate shop as Brand New--but it was USED--displayed. Item arrived covered with display materials (snow particles and snow blanket stuck in the trees). As I paid a premium for new, I requested a refund which the seller accepted right away. However, they failed to send the return shipping label and did not respond to my message. Because of this there was a long delay until eBay was available to finish the return/refund. Very poor eBay shopping experience.
