In the end, the order was successfully refunded back, but the buyer's address could not be reached by the normal shipping method. We inquired whether to replace it with another logistics method for transportation, and all transactions were negotiated by both parties. The customer did not agree, so we quickly refunded back without any fraud issues. I hope everyone can understand each other. I'm very sorry for the trouble caused.
