The item is as pictured, given you receive the right one. After receiving the wrong item I messaged the company, they eventually corrected it but it took 12 days to fix. Communication started off decent and then became non existent, was not informed that I would be receiving a replacement until after it showed up. I appreciate the correction...but this should not have taken nearly half a month to fix. I rated the item highly because it's as described, but everything else has been a struggle.
