After sending emails and photos of the incorrect items there was no response from this seller.
Ebay was notified and I only received a partial refund because they say item had been delivered.

This seller is such a TIMEWASTER!
I placed this order on the 13th of May, and the estimated delivery date was on the 17th. However, the seller posted this item on the 16th by AU POST which is famous for its efficiency. So, I got my order after a week with EXPRESS PARCEL service provided by my ebay PLUS membership.
Surprisingly, the items and the quantity are all wrong after a long wait. Now I have to spend time on packing and returning it to AU POST, not to mention the refund waiting period. WTF
