Box damaged on receipt, front forks bent, no bell, incorrect charger, charging point to battery not fixed to bike.
New charger provided after numerous emails. Repaired forks myself but charging point still hanging. This seller is in China BUT advertises as an Australian & distributor. This is false advertising.
The replies are non english speaking person, this is why the point about the Australian distributor is important.
I should have just returned the bike on receipt and sought a refund
