They're not domestic and take forever to respond. They sent me the wrong mouse dock and so I purchased the correct dock at Microcenter. They're now claiming because I have the same SKU registered to my account that I received the correct dock from them. Why would I purchase two docks, only register the Microcenter dock (with matching serial) and contact them with an issue vs just returning the item? It's not an expensive item and then not knowing when it would arrive and requiring a signature was annoying. I tried to reach out to the seller and got no response back.
