Been using this for over a week and the charge doesn't last anywhere near the 2hrs advertised. The average would be approx 15 to 20min max. I do like the device, the heat setting delivers really good heat & the massage vibration function is great for me as someone who experiences knee pain & the device does deliver relief, I just wished it lasted longer per charge. I'd rate this a 3 out of 5 mainly let down by poor battery performance/
