I will give this seller a 5 stars because, they quickly resolved the issues. I ordered for 3 hair fibers in dark brown, but when my orders came, I received 2 dark brown and 1 medium brown. I send them an email right away about the issue. I cannot use the medium brown since it’s too light for my hair and I got dark hair. It will not match my hair. I tried to contact the seller twice but I didn’t get any reply but the item was shipped fine without an issue, super nice guards but they wobbles little on my babyliss clippers. I hope the magnets don’t break off the guards any time soon. Worth the buy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
