Bands were sealed individually in plastic bags, but the rubber was hardened some and there is discoloration from age. Obviously not brand new.
Smallest band also arrived with a significant tear in it. (See Photo)
Functionally, the four largest bands work.
I wanted cheap bands, and that's what I got.
