Wenn während der Garantiezeit eine Panne auftritt, müssen Sie den Garantieartikel benachrichtigen und an Desguaces Armonía SL liefern, die das Teil bewertet und es umtauscht oder den Betrag zurückerstattet. Wenn das Teil nicht defekt ist, wird ein Gutschein über seinen Wert geliefert, der gegen Teile auf Lager eingetauscht werden kann.

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Arbeit, Mängel, Schäden, die durch das Versagen des Teils, schlechte Montage oder Nichteinhaltung der vom Hersteller des Teils angegebenen Wartung verursacht wurden. Alle Ersatzteile haben eine maximale Rückgabefrist von 7 Tagen, solange sie nicht manipuliert wurden und die Rechnung zum Nachweis vorgelegt wird, danach werden keine Rücksendungen akzeptiert.
