What survives the shipping process is beautiful, they only send the number in the listing. Most other dealers will send one or two extra to cover breakage. Pandahall does not send any extra. You either have to eat the cost of the broken or deal with lots of emails to prove the breakage. These came fast in the mail and it is a good thing they are sent in a plastic container that get mostly busted up in the transportation process.
