Delivery was fine and also description; however, the metal case was damaged badly, THIS WAS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT, as a quite heavy item it must have fallen or been dropped by delivery organization. bubble wrap would not have helped in transport. item was as described. seller communication was EXCELLENT and i received a 30-dollar. refund for the damage to the metal box. i would still RECOMMEND this seller. i read negative feedback that is not necessary as sellers cannot watch every movement.
