I buy this oil all the time thru have changed the lid and tap and I’m not happy the tap broke and I had not even started using it and I lost over half the oil absolute disgusted and have no idea how to use the bottle now the tap is broken won’t be buying this again given the faulty lid cap and tap

Hi Bianca, i understand the tap was defective and as a result had broken. I have reported this with the manufacturer of the taps so it doesn't happen again. I have no issue offering you a refund. This is the first time it has ever happened and will do our best it doesn't happen again. Please note there is no issue with the oil and you can simply pour that in the previous drum you purchased with us to use the rest of the oil. .
