Phone fraudulently advertised as refurbished in excellent condition. When I received the phone, it looked ok but during calls, the person on the other end couldn't hear me most of the time. It should have been tested before sale if being listed as excellent, when it wasn't. Seller denied they falsely claimed it was excellent, tried to turn it back on me that I was seeing things. They contradicted themselves by finally admitting it wasn't in excellent condition. Eventually got a refund
