Our engine ticks over at 700RPM so connect white wire to earth untill the hour log changes, this was about 6 sec. Then lift of white wire and place it on earth again the hour screen display will increase or decrease as well as the arm to the revs, slowly getting faster the longer you leave it on. Lift wire on and of earth to change direction untill you get to 700RPM or what ever yours is.
