Purchased f/ seller many times w/ no issues. The guitar nut I purchased was .5mm short, and just too noticeable for me. I informed the seller and they responded very quickly, they offered to have it returned (I’m assuming at my cost), and have a new one sent out. I turned down the offer as I didn’t have time to wait, and the shipping was a decent portion of the total. Still consider this a positive experience, as solutions were offered.

Caution! I asked about combined shipping for 2 items, no response, needed the items for a gift so ordered anyways. One arrived with a broken chain and the other was a #2 coin, not #1. Both had large sloppy attachments on back. I put in for a return, and sent them back in the same package exactly as they were sent to me. They tried to only credit me for one, even thought I returned it just as shipped to me. Contacted them to ask why, no response, had to submit complaint to eBay to get refund.
