Item is satisfactory. It is not supposed to be a used drive, so I am rating the condition as 1 star. I think it really is a new drive and it works fine. It has Windows 10 Pro legacy loaded on it. Now if I can just figure out how to get it to boot in my computer!!!

Item was packaged well upon arrival. It arrived on schedule and in good condition. The brand in the picture on the description was different from what I received but it’s ok. I realized the description did not mention which brand of hard drive is being sold. Item still worked well when installed in my laptop.
