Very impressed with the improvements Bandai made to the aging Yamato 1/48 VF-1S mold. Bandai's biggest improvement is the articulated hands and shoulder sliders. Yamato skeletal hands and skinny arms were lacking. See my side by side picture. Glad I made the purchase of the Bandai DX Chogokin VF-1S .
